Still life drawing reflection: 2-D. October 18, 2012
1. Evaluate: i think my shading is ok because like on the metal round parts look round.
2. Evaluate: i could have gotten it done on time and could have done a better good on detail because i want to get the full great and have it look good.
3. Describe: i filled the page most the front forks of both bikes. i chose the spot because i liked the lighting and thought it wound be an easyer spot.
4. Describe: the dark areas are the black spots on the metal and the tires. light areas are the silver and red paint on the bike. i did my shading in this matter because thats what i saw from my point of view and thats how the light hit the bikes.
5. i detailed the front more and less on the back. on the round parts in front i shaded darker on the outer lines and light in the middle.
6. Metacognate: DONT SLACK OF! and that i should have sat closer so i could get a better look at the 100 percent perspective because its hard to draw close up from far away.
Exceeding-
7. Describe: i chose my spot because thats where i was sitting at the time and start from the front and worked to the back and all th outlines came out by chance.
8. yes and no. yes because it challenges them to work on something thats real instead of what you see in your mind but dont make it so spacy and hard next time. no because it limits creativity and thats mostly what we use to draw
